Alright guys because this site is new and I didn't have anything to comment on I decided I would run a little log of my current cycle. I am currently on day 29 of a 12 week run with some test. The goal for this cycle is a lean bulk working on adding some size with the intention on completing for the first time around May 2010.
Me: I'm 23 6'2 247 today. Currently bulking after a long cut to 217. One cycle done previously 6 weeks of test prop at 480mg/week with nolva PCT.
The gear:
Week 1-12 Test E 250mg/ml 1.1ml pin E3D
Week 1-3 Dbol 30mg/day
possibly Week 7-10 Dbol 30mg/day
PCT Nolva 40/40/20/20
Training:
I just switched over to a four day a week split that looks like
Monday - Chest/Bis/Abs
Tuesday - Legs/Calfs
Thursday - Delts/Tris/Abs
Friday - Back/Calfs
Diet:
High protein/moderate fat/moderate carbs
I don't count macros when bulking just make sure to get in 50 grams of protein per meal and eat at least 5 meals a day. Carbs I keep at about 40 grams a meal with 4 meals.
Today

legs. Battling a back injury so I have to keep squats light.
standing calfs 3 sets
seated calfs 3 sets
leg extension 2 warm up with 2 working sets
step ups with 45 lb dumbells 3 sets of 10 steps each leg. Step set up so that upper leg is at parallel with ground
squats 6 sets x 10 reps of 225. utilizing a full range of motion and slow controlled reps becuase I can't go heavy
standing leg curls 3 sets
SLDL - real light because of lower back 2 sets
