Okay, so we've been on hiatus for a few weeks, but now we're back. As many of you have noticed, Turkish hackers had been clobbering our website on a daily basis with awful music and 1980's-era graphics, so we're now using an outside server to host the site.

We're glad to have you with us here and hope to hear from all of you. This site has great potential, with the ability to upload your photos, videos, and other cool stuff. So don't be shy. Jump in and post up!

Great Radio Program, i didn't even know it even existed till a few people posted it on bb.com and md, you need it too show up on google, so when somebody types "bodybuilding radio shows" your show comes up. maybe if you make a thread on bb.com, so it will show up on google
